Director's Message

As the Director of the Early College High School at Economedes, I welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! It is an honor to be part of this remarkable and diverse school community. I anticipate a successful and rewarding school year, and I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated staff, parents, and community to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students.

The Early College at Economedes has a rich history of excellence due to a high level of academic achievement, which is a direct result of the commitment of our staff and parents who provide diverse experiences for our students. The goal is to provide an enriching, engaging, and challenging curriculum that will prepare students for success.

I firmly believe that parents and teachers play a vital role in helping students reach their greatest potential. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources and opportunities available to them including the library, computer labs, school spirit days, student council, after-school academic and athletic offerings.  Parents have access to view their child's academic progress regularly via our Skyward parent portal and our teachers are readily available to meet with parents. Furthermore, we are proud that our community participates in different school events throughout the year to show their support to our students.

At Economedes, we do not take lightly our responsibility to ensure your children have a highly-engaging educational experience in a safe and nurturing environment. I thank you for entrusting your children to the ECHS staff. I plan on continuing to offer a rigorous educational program for our students. Those who know me know that I have an open-door policy, and I welcome your questions, concerns, and comments at any time.
